Accessibility Statement
Our approach to accessibility on northpeakdigital.eu, what we have done and what is still open.
Last reviewed on 2026-01-15
Our commitment
NorthPeak Digital sells accessibility services and believes its own website should set a good example.
We design and build this website with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus, sufficient contrast and respect for the reduced-motion system setting.
Target standard
We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA as the practical standard for this website.
We claim no verified conformance and use no certification language: a full manual audit by an independent party has not yet taken place.
What is implemented
Skip link to main content, correct landmarks and a single H1 per page.
Full keyboard operability of navigation, mobile menu, cookie banner, cookie preferences, accordions and forms, with visible focus indication.
Form fields with associated labels, error messages in text (not colour alone) and a summary announced to assistive technology.
Touch targets of at least 44×44 px, zoom and reflow support, and alt text that keeps decorative images out of assistive technology.
Animations are strongly simplified when your system requests reduced motion; there is no flashing content and no scroll hijacking.
Known limitations
No manual audit with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) by an external party has taken place yet. This is planned before production launch.
Individual components may need re-assessment after content expansions.
European regulation
The European Accessibility Act applies to specifically designated products and services, including for example e-commerce. We do not claim that every business website automatically falls within its scope, nor that this website is “certified”.
We build to a high accessibility standard because it improves usability, reach and future risk posture.

We acknowledge your report within five working days and indicate when we expect to resolve the issue.
