Dimensional inspection

Functional dimensions are measured with calibrated equipment before a batch is released for delivery.

Every production order is tied to one specific, versioned drawing — never a verbal change.

Material certificates are retained and traceable to the batch a part was produced from.

Production date, operator, program version and inspection results are recorded per batch.

Fixed fixtures and CNC programs per part number, independent of which operator runs the order.

Measuring equipment is calibrated on a fixed schedule, documented per instrument.

This concept project deliberately makes no ISO certification, quality-mark or external-audit claims — these are systems, not certificates.
